A few small steps:

1. Make contact us via Instagram message to check availability for your wedding date. We’ll respond back ASAP. Availability is limited, so we recommend securing your booking as early as possible. A deposit of €100 is required to confirm your place.
2. Flowers must be shipped or delivered to Ballyleague, Co. Roscommon within five days of the wedding date (or as soon as possible)
3. Once we receive your flowers, preservation begins the same day. 
4. After preservation, we’ll be in touch 3 to 4 months later (depending on backlog) to confirm the style, size, and any additional add on's you would like. 
5. A mock design of the arrangement will be sent for approval before final product is glued.
6. Final frame design is ready for collection or courier arrangement for shipping. (60 euro charge for a trusted courier which ensures that the frame does not get damaged in transport)

• Store flowers in a Fridge / Dark & Cold room if possible

Our frames are handcrafted in Ireland from solid wood and feature a clean, understated design that complements the preserved bouquet without overpowering it. Crystal-clear traditional glass provides an unobstructed view of the flowers.

Each frame is specially sealed to protect your flowers and ensure long-term preservation.

The bride is responsible for the shipping or dropping off of the flowers to Eva's Floral Creations and understands that during the process, flowers will fade/change color due to the flowers' nature. (Ex. whites can yellow and reds turn purple.)

From the time your flowers are received, the deposit is non-refundable due to the time and labour involved in drying the flowers and sourcing custom frames and design materials.
